Starseeds, the way I see them, are human beings with very unique souls. Instead of incarnating again and again on Earth, Starseeds have lived many lifetimes in other realms and on other planets.

Being a Starseed, especially at this time on Earth, can be difficult because we often feel lost, and we have a deep knowing that Earth is not our most familiar home.

So many people feel this way and don't know how to feel okay. Feeling homesick for a place that our minds don't remember, but our soul deeply longs for, is confusing and exhausting. Observing the reality we live in, and feeling confused because we don't understand how we could have strayed so far from Love, can sometimes make us feel hopeless or estranged. However, Starseeds are here for a reason…

Your soul is a seed from the stars,

and it has planted itself here...

so that it can thrive and offer abundance to the world in a way that is unique to you and the lifetimes you have lived. You are meant to be here.

All this is to say, you no longer have to walk this road alone.

Are you passionate and driven regarding your healing and self-growth, but you sometimes feel like you’re spinning your wheels? Sometimes we reach a point in our healing journey where intuitively we know we can no longer walk the road alone. It can be hard to ask for help, but allowing yourself to receive support is an important part of learning to love and care for yourself.

When you receive support in the form of coaching, you will be able to gain a new perspective of yourself, your life, your goals, your challenges, and your strengths.

The goal of a coach is not to tell you what to do, but instead to mirror the core of who you really are back to you. This allows you to see yourself and the truth behind your challenges more clearly so that you can move forward with awareness and intention.

Throughout your coaching sessions, you will be guided to reflect on the vision you have for your life as well as the obstacles that you are facing. This looks different from person to person.

Once we have an understanding of your vision and your obstacles, we will work through them so that you can begin experiencing shifts in your perspective, mindset, thought patterns, and behavior patterns. This coaching style is intuitive, so the way we work through your challenges will be unique to you.

Regardless of the client, the priority is always unconditional love and acceptance.

Even though it may be tempting to cast aside our challenges or “fix” them, we refrain from this perspective and instead take a gentler, more effective approach.

This sometimes includes shadow work, where we cultivate a space of love and safety for you to observe the difficult parts of yourself and your life and start to see them as parts of you that just need to be seen and understood.

We may incorporate divination, such as psychic readings and Tarot readings, and healing modalities, such as past life regression and soul retrieval.

We will also incorporate practical methods so that you can begin practicing new behaviors and ways of thinking that better align with your authentic self.

This may include habit tracking, guided visualizations, and systems for accountability. We may also include activities and exercises to help you reflect, inquire with yourself, practice new skills, and start to expand your mindset.

Over time, you will begin to feel the shift. Eventually, you will be ready to walk the road on your own again, this time with all of the tools, understanding, and love that you need for your vision to become your reality.
